Lord of the ring ,kinder surprise chocolate eggs. 18th King of Rohan, lived 2991TA – 63FA; son of Theodwyn and Eomund; a nephew of Theoden, King of Rohan; Third Marshal of Riddermark.
We meet Eomer in the 2nd part of “The Lord of the Rings”, when he along with other riders was pursuing Saruman’s orcs. He overtook them and killed every single orc. Then Eomer met Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli, but he didn’t give them a warm welcome. He was suspicious of the elf and the dwarf and treated them badly. It seemed as if he was going to start a fight. But all is well that ends well. Thanks to Aragorn, who managed to solve that conflict, everything turned out to be fine.

Lord of the ring ,kinder surprise chocolate eggs. Theoden was born in 2948 TA and reigned in 2980-3019 TA. He was the 17th King of Rohan, of the former province of Gondor. He reigned at the time of the War of the Ring.
Theoden equally to Denethor, the Steward of Gondor, was a highly significant King of Men. He never fell out with his neighbors and helped Gondor’s people in the best possible way. However, Rohan’s power and might were restricted by the Enemy during troubled times of the War of the Ring,. Cunning Saruman secretly sent his spy, Grima the Wormtongue, who had a terrible influence on the King of Rohan via means of his speeches. That is what made the King to be on alert while dealing with strangers. Subsequently, he assigned guards to be put by the entrance to his chambers in order to disarm everyone wishing to enter Theoden’s chambers.

Lord of the ring ,kinder surprise chocolate eggs. Grima Wormtongue is known as the chief Counselor of King Theoden of Rohan as well as the servant of Saruman the White. When naming Grima, Tolkien resorted to a special literary device – antonomasia. Therefore, Grima’s nickname – Wormtongue – is a highly descriptive speaking name, and shows Grima’s rotten nature. We meet Grima in the second part of “The Lord of the Rings” when Gandalf, Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli came to the King of the Golden Hall. “At his feet upon the steps sat a wizened figure of a man, with a pale wise face and heavy-lidded eyes.”Grima’s sweet talks only proved that in reality he didn’t care for the King of Rohan. Wormtongue didn’t trust anyone and with all his might tried to prevent Gandalf from seeing Theoden, for he knew – the wizard would reveal his evil designs.

Lord of the ring ,kinder surprise chocolate eggs. Saruman the White was a wizard, the Chief of the Istari. Since T.A. 2463 he was the head of the White Council. He was called Curunir in Sindarin, which means “Jack of all trades”. He got this name because of his great knowledge in the field of making rings and various devices.
Upon arriving at Middle-earth, Saruman spent some time in the West. In T.A. 2759 he was given the keys of Orthanc(a tall tower, more than 150 meters high) and took up his abode there. Once, Gandalf was imprisoned on the pinnacle of the Tower of Orthanc. At first Saruman lived in Orthanc by permission of Steward Beren of Minas Tirith. In T.A. 2953 he refused to recognize Steward’s authority and declared Orthanc his property.

Lord of the ring from kinder surprise chocolate eggs. Gimli, born in T.A. 2879, is a dwarf from the Darin’s clan, a son of Gloin who took part in the quest to the Lonely Mountain. Gimli spent his childhood in the Blue Mountains.
We get acquainted with Gimli at the Council of Elrond which he attended together with his father. The dwarf speaks about Moria and the hard life of people living under the Mountain. Frodo notices that Gimli’s speech is particularly interesting for him, unlike other stories about the wide lands east of the Mountains. A special part of Gimli’s tale is dedicated to the tidings of Sauron’s messengers. The dwarf has never suspected the existence of the Ring before. But having known the great importance of the journey to Orodruin, he agrees to join the Fellowship of the Ring.

Lord of the ring from kinder surprise chocolate eggs. Boromir, born in T.A. 2978, son of Denethor II, Steward of Gondor, is a member of the Fellowship of the Ring. He was named after the 11th Steward of Gondor who repulsed orc’s attack on the Ithilien lands in T.A. 2475.
He always wanted to become a great warrior and, therefore, learned the art of fencing as well as the military theory. At last, Boromir was appointed as the Commander of Gondor. In June 3018 he defeated Sauron’s attack on Osgiliath, which means “Star Citadel” in Numenorean. At that time he had a vision-like dream. To seek the meaning of that dream he set out to Imladris (or Rivendell) and found himself at the Council of Elrond.

Lord of the ring from kinder surprise chocolate eggs. Meriadoc Brandybuck a.k.a Merry. A hobbit of the Shire, Meriadoc Brandybuck a.k.a. Merry, born in T.A. 2982, was the son of Saradoc Brandybuck. He belonged to the most respectable family in the Shire. In 710, according to the chronology of the Shire, his ancestors populated Buckland and began to built their estate, able to accommodate all the members of the family.
Peregrin Took a.k.a. Pippin, born in T.A. 2990, was a member of the Fellowship of the Ring. He was named a Counsellor of the Northern Kingdom and made the Thain of the Shire. He was also known as Ernil i Pheriannath, which means the “Prince of the Halflings”.
